Raymond Mays, MD
Dr. Raymond Mays is board certified in Psychiatry. Dr. Mays has been working with River Crest since 1995, and has held several medical director positions throughout his career. Dr. Mays’ areas of specialty includes depression, addiction, ADHD and panic disorder. Dr. Mays is a graduate of Trinity University, San Antonio, and the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Annelise Arze, MD
Dr. Arze comes to River Crest from Texas Tech Health Science Center, where she was an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Arze did her psychiatry residency at Texas Tech. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Simon in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
