Patient Satisfaction

All patients completing treatment participate in a patient satisfaction survey. The survey includes questions regarding the care they received at River Crest Hospital. The results are trended from month to month and are used to improve the quality of patient care.

Each question is rated on a scale of 1 thru 5 (1 – Poor, 2 – Fair, 3 – Good, 4 – Very Good, and 5 – Excellent).
