Children between ages 5 and 12 with emotional or behavior problems benefit from group and activity therapies that help develop a positive self-image and healthy social and communication skills. Through behavioral therapy, we help children learn about healthy modes of interaction —including the identification of harmful behaviors. Our mental health programs for children instill positive habits and essential communication skills. We encourage family members to participate in these treatments as well.
Teens participate daily in education, group, activities, and process therapy to develop a positive self-image, healthy social and communication skills, and the tools to enjoy a substance-free life. Our Adolescent Mental Health Program incorporates individual treatment plans that empower patients to build strong interpersonal skills. We incorporate a multidisciplinary approach in our teen counseling services that allows patients to receive the care they need while also building independence and healthy social behaviors.
Adults age 18 and older benefit from an individualized treatment plan that establishes short and long-term goals so progress can be measured. Our adult therapy services emphasize building a sense of community with other individuals, which cultivates trusting relationships. With our team of behavioral therapists and their fellow patients, individuals will have the support and attention they need to build one another up, discover personal talents, and forge a path to meaningful recovery.
